The Curve app’s vendor will store the information securely on its system. You will be asked to provide an email address and a password, which you will need to access your personal information on all visits to The Curve app. All registered user data for My511Services is managed centrally through The Curve app, which is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). The mobile application does not maintain any registered user data. When a registered user logs in to My511 Services through the mobile application, the application will access The Curve app APIs to authenticate the user.
Any personal information you give us will only be used for the purpose of administering My511 Services and conducting The Curve app evaluations, including the use of surveys or questionnaires by the us or our partners. You will not be placed on any mailing lists. Your personal information will not be shared, rented, sold, or otherwise released to any third party without your prior consent, unless required by law.
The Curve app retains the personal information that you provide for as long as necessary to fulfill the administration of My511 Services. If you decide to delete your My511 Services account, The Curve app website will no longer retain your information.
Registered and non-registered users of The Curve app and My511 Services are not permitted to modify, duplicate, or the Broadway Curve trademarks or logos in any manner without prior written permission. Registered and non-registered users are also prohibited from using or sharing these logos without prior written permission. To request permission to use the logo and for questions regarding our brand standards and logo usage, please contact the Broadway Curve team.
Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law and when we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order, or legal process served on our website.

The information is used to study patterns of website activity so we can enhance visitors’ experience to our site. The use of these tools does not allow the service to identify individuals.
The Curve app and mobile application uses your location to identify start and end points while determining route information. The Curve app mobile application also uses your location to center the map over your current location and to provide the look ahead feature where the application will verbally announce events, issues and construction ahead of you on your current route. You maintain control of location services by controlling your browser and mobile settings. At no time does The Curve app collect or store active route information.
The Curve app provides the ability for My511 Services registered users to correct and/or delete their own information online through the Manage Account tool within My511 Services. Individuals also have a right to access their personal information that is held within The Curve app system.
We will use personal information in accordance with the Privacy Statement in effect at the time the information was collected. Registered Users of the My511 Services will be notified of any changes to this Privacy Statement using the email address on file. If at some point we would like to start using your personal information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will first seek your consent.
